With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Doris Ann Schermerhorn of Callaway, Minnesota, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 6, 2025 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Stanton and Rachel Stanton (Gandesbery); and her husband Gene. She is survived by:, Doris, Nancy Vyborny of Detroit Lakes, MN, Jeffrey Schermerhorn (Antanette) of Canadian, TX, Perry Schermerhorn (Lynda) of Gig Harbor, WA, Jenni Shea (Tim) of San Marcos, CA, Amy Nelson (Tim) of Rochert, MN, Bill and Pat Smith of Camas, WA. She is also survived by her 12 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
