She was predeceased by: her parents, Bernard Weiland and Alice Weiland (Shafto); and her siblings, Dick Weiland and Lori Patros. She is survived by: her husband Michael Welch; her children, Brent Welch of Caledonia, Reed Welch of Nashville, TN and Sara Viner of Caledonia; her grandchildren, Austin Lau of Onalaska, Sam Adams of Caledonia and Skye Welch of Caledonia; her siblings, Marie Thurston of Maryland and David Weiland (Carol) of Illinois; and her grandchildren, Coco and Luna.
