He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Zibrowski and Edna Zibrowski (Rusert); his grandchildren, Shane and Nicole DeWitt; his siblings, Ronald, Wilfred, Norman, Harold, Leslie, Henry and Mae Odette; his siblings-in-law, Eugene Odette, Gene Yanzer, Rose, Phyliss, Janet and Sharon Zibrowski; and his parents-in-law, Maurice and Evelyn Petersen.
He is survived by: his wife Maureen Petersen of Northfield, MN; his children, Carson (Donna) of Caledonia, MN, Craig (Jane) of Caledonia, MN, Deanna DeWitt (Scott) of Caledonia, MN, Joanne DuCharme (Ron) of Caledonia, MN and Richard (Diana); his grandchildren, Angela Kanthack (Ryan), Jennifer Francis (Brad), Bryan DeWitt, Michael Zibrowski (Karissa), Megan Zibrowski, Amber Zoellner (Seth), Hannah Zibrowski, Ethan DuCharme (Sophia), Elliott DuCharme, Mackenzie, Troy Zibrowski, Anthony Coleman and Chris Logan; his great grandchildren, Daniel, Gideon, Malachi Zoellner, Evelyn, Zander Hoffland, Isabelle Zibrowski and Rebecca Francis; and his siblings, Dolores Yanzer of Holmen, WI and Leland (Carol) of LaCrescent, MN. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, in-laws and friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the St. John's Ev. Lutheran Church (650 N Kingston St, Caledonia, MN 55921). A memorial service was held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
