With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Marilyn Eleanor Jore (Caledonia, Minnesota), born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 18, 2024 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Dr. Aanon Rolf Jore; her parents, Herman Allmaras and Ella Allmaras (Haas); and her brother Herman Allmaras Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Kathryn Rommes (Gary), Susan Schneider, David Jore (Lori), Carolyn Hankins (Kirk) and Daniel Jore (Katie); and her sister Charlotte Larsen. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, consider a donation to the Houston County Historical Society or Caledonia High School Robotics Team in Marilyn's name.
