He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Engelhardt and Sophia Engelhardt; his wife Patsy; his in-laws, Ross and Grace Irby; his siblings-in-law, Richard Irby, Gary Nagel, Gary Hicks, Raymond Irby, Steven Willis, Fred Hicks, Janice Bone and Chris Hicks; and his nephews, Kendall Clouse and Brad Nagel.
He is survived by: his children, Gregory and Teresa Newburg (Brent); his grandson Cody Colsch (Naomi); his great grandchildren, Carter and Caiden; his grandsons, Alex Engelhardt (Alyssa Johnson), Justin and Evan Newburg; his siblings, Jeff Engelhardt (Kaye) and Cheryl Nagel; and his siblings-in-law, Carolyn Hutchinson (Darrell), Leslie Irby, Yvonne Willis, Debbie Clouse (Kenny) and Brenda (Jim Liniger). He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 30th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the St. John's Ev. Lutheran Church (650 N Kingston St, Caledonia, MN 55921). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 30th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
