It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Doris Irene Bissen of Caledonia, Minnesota, who passed away on December 6, 2023, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Blank and Luella Blank (Bartsch); her husband Eugene Bissen; her son Thomas; and her siblings, Arthur, Fred, Harold Blank and Janice Klaus.
She is survived by: her daughter Jeanette Potter (Anthony); her grandchildren, Gabriel Potter (Laura), Heather Potter, Michael Bissen (Laura) and Susanna Esker (Zach); her great grandchildren, Nathan, Joshua, Alexei, Saria, Dmitri, Lilianna, James, Michaela and Annabelle; and her siblings, Don Blank of Holmen, June Gildermiester of Onalaska, Elmer Blank (Inez) of LaCrosse and Joyce Morrison of Syracuse, NY..
In Lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to Mayo Hospice or St. Mary's School or Church.
