With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Curtis Ewald Schroeder (Caledonia, Minnesota), who passed away on September 19, 2024 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ewald Schroeder and Edna Schroeder (Caledonia); his in-laws, Grant and Alma Ellingson; his siblings, Dorothy Runningen (Vernon), Roger Schroeder and Jerry; his sister-in-law Audrey Ellingson (Michael Ellingson); and his grandson-in-law Alex Herbst.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley Ellingson; his children, Kari Broghamer (Scott), Craig Schroeder, Patti Hetrick (Dave) and Todd Schroeder (Jean); and his sister-in-law Nancy Schroeder.
Visitation was held on Sunday, September 22nd 2024 from 12:30 PM to 2:00 PM at the St. John Lutheran Church (650 N Kingston St, Caledonia, MN 55921). A funeral service was held on Sunday, September 22nd 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
