He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Maxwell and Dorothy Maxwell (Collins); his sister Jeri Knode; and the mother of his children Teri Whiting. He is survived by: his significant other Barb Notsch of Burtrum; his children, Sarah Maxwell of Kansas City, MO and Kipp Maxwell (Jenny) of Ft. Wayne, IN; his grandchildren, Jack, Charlie, Wes Maxwell, Taylor Hansen and James McDowell; his great grandchild Weston Garner; and his brother Bruce Maxwell (Diane) of Iowa.
The family requests that donations should be given to Al-Anon.
