He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Hatfield and Evelyn Hatfield (Anderson); and his son Benjamin Franklin Hatfield. He is survived by: his wife Lynn Hatfield of Burtrum; his daughters, Jessica Hovland (Seth) of Avon and Kristina Biniek (Trent) of Crystal; his grandchildren, Addisyn, Auden Hovland, Waylon, Bo Biniek and Naomi Hatfield (James Lane); his great grandchildren, MaLeah Pennington and Maddix Lane; and also Lynn Ruffing.
Visitation will be held at a later date due to precautionary measures with COVID.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred.
