She is survived by: her father Robert Mathis; her family, Allison, Bethany, Trent, Burk, Jay, Emma, Weston and Cooper; her children, Allison Mitchell (Grant), Bethany O'Reilly (Andrew), Trent Substad (Anna) and Burk Substad; her grandchildren, Jay, Weston, Cooper and Emma; and her siblings, Karen Palmquist (Dave) and David Mathis (Mimi). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
