He was predeceased by: his wife Janice Stocking; his grandson Cody Leimer; and his siblings, Gene, Merlin, Bernard, Howard and Vernice.

He is survived by: his children, Kevin Stocking (Kayla), Jill Bodick (Chris) and Pam Walter; his grandchildren, Chance (Nikki), Jared, Nick, Kristin, Jack, Mariah, Abbey, Max and Kaylee; and his great grandchildren, Henry and Owen.
