He was predeceased by: his parents, Ned Wambeke and Marjorie Van Wambeke (Holmes); his wife Audrey; his nieces, Laura and Elizabeth Pate; and his nephew Jonathan Pate.
He is survived by: his children, Todd (Dawn) and Tami Costley (Justin); his grandchildren, Raelyn, Cora and Mason; and his sister Karen Pate (Galen). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
