He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Adrian Jacques and Anita (Lajoie); his sister Jeanine (Lee); his wife Mary Victorine (Bouchard); and his daughter Colleen Patricia (Tripp).
He is survived by: his brother Richard; his sons, Paul K. Jacques (Marcia) and Christopher J. Jacques; his grandchildren, Jessica, Brian, Laura, Alex, Gordy and Cami; and his great grandchildren, Kaylee, Mason, Evelyn, Nolan and Paul.
