She is survived by: her husband Stuart; her daughters, Nicole Thompson (Chris) and Lisa Han (Corey); her grandchildren, Morgan, Cameron, Caitlyn and Jenna; and her siblings, Daryl Bergan (Donna) and Elaine Gipp (Jerry). She is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, and supportive friends.
In Lieu of flowers memorials are preferred to Collins family.
