She was predeceased by: her parents, Loretto Frakes and Donald Frakes. She is survived by: her spouse Thomas Robert Neukom; her sister Patricia Verwiel; her sister-in-law Ann Frakes; her sons-in-law, Matthew Scott Watters and Anthony Joseph Loosbrock; and her grandchildren, Jackson Thomas Watters, Franklin Kenneth Watters, Ruby Kathryn Loosbrock and Vera Lorraine Loosbrock.
