She was predeceased by: her parents, Marion Weber and Grace Weber; her aunt Gladys Kramer; and her granddaughter Kasey Marie Dirksen-North. She is survived by: her husband Merv; her children, Tessa Tindal and Joshua Dirksen (Jessica); her grandchildren, Cody Dirksen (Laura), Weston, Calla and Kaelyn Butler (Dakota); her great grandchildren, Jonah, Kaedance, Ezra, Justin Dirksen and Elizabeth Dirksen (Emily); and her siblings, Roger Weber (Paula) of Payson, AZ and Marian Luft of Eagan, MN.
Visitation was held on Monday, October 28th 2024 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the River Hills United Methodist Church (11100 River Hills Dr, Burnsville, MN 55337). A funeral service was held on Monday, October 28th 2024 at 11:30 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, Memorials in honor of Karen may be made to Reach Out and Read Minnesota, reachoutandreadmn.org, a children's literacy program, or the American Cancer Society.
