She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Coats and Lorraine Coats (Hall); her husband Ken; her brothers, Dennie, Leonard and Dallas Coats; her siblings-in-law, Ruth Coats and Roy Royer; and her niece Denise Kachic.
She is survived by: her daughters, Katherine Bopp (Brian) of Urbandale, IA, Pamela Libby (Scott) of Houston, TX, Stephanie Millender (Ron) of Santa Barbara, CA and Becky Riggs (Shawn) of Colorado Springs, CO.; her grandchildren, Justin Bopp (Jolene), Katrina Wilson (Nathan), Aaron Bopp, Scott Libby, Nikki Colton (Josh), Ashley Windmoeller (Luke), Marichka Libby (Mike), Timorie Millender (Mayra), Ciera Yamada (Michael), Nate Riggs (Mason Williams) and Chloe Riggs; her great grandchildren, Ren, James Bopp, Steven Wilson, Mario Libby, Lucy Colton, Liam, Aiden Windmoeller and Maeve Bowers; her sister Deloris Royer; and her sister-in-law Sharon Coats.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 at 10:00 AM at the White Funeral Home - Burnsville (12804 Nicollet Ave, Burnsville, MN 55337). A memorial service was held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the White Funeral Home (12804 Nicollet Ave, Burnsville, MN 55337).
