(Zappa) Kadrlik of Burnsville, Minnesota, born in Cumberland, Wisconsin, who passed away on November 21, 2023, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Raymond; her son Roger; her daughter-in-law Denise; her parents, Louis Zappa and Lucia Zappa; and her in-laws, Floyd Hale, Helen Zappa, Rose, Pat DaBruzzi, Lois Zappa, Minnie, Jim Edwards, Louis (Sonny), Ruth Zappa, Fred, Leatta Zappa, Anna, Mike Chilton, Lucille (Doll), Howard Mullins, Albert (Bud), Phyllis Zappa, Frank Kadrlik, Mary, Ben Pexa, Adeline, Joe Mach, Pete Eischens, Sylvester Mahowald, Emil Kadrlik, Emma, John Kubek, Bo, Sylvia Kadrlik, Myles, Martha Kadrlik, Bob, Darlene Kadrlik, Agnes Kadrlik and Dorothy Kadrlik.

She is survived by: her brother Clarence Zappa (Mary Ann); her sons, Anthony Kadrlik (Mary), Scott Kadrlik (Pamela), Gordon Kadrlik (Nancy) and David Kadrlik (Stacey); her grandchildren, Rich Kadrlik (Michelle), Bob Kadrlik (Amanda), Pat Kadrlik (Nicole), Becky Neumann (Cory), Angela Whited (Brad), Andy Kadrlik (Lauren), Beth Baron (Dean), Matt Kadrlik (Jordanna), Krista Vanderveren (Brad), Jill Kotz (John), Matthew Kadrlik, Katie Kadrlik and Adam Kadrlik; and her great grandchildren, Reed (Hailey), Makenna, Madison, Jesse, Ella Kadrlik, Nicholas, Kali, Kylie Vanderveren and Landyn Kotz. She is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, and friends.
