She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Frank Starkey and Lianda Starkey (Merritt); her children, Marlissa Kanyo (Roy) of Nashwauk, Bill Flannigan (Roberta) of Surrey, ND and David Flannigan (Susan); her grandchildren, Jeff, Larissa, Heather, Jenny, Tracy, Angie, Michelle, Sarah, Colleen, Katie, Bob, David, Lizzy, Kayla, Jake, Christina, Bud, Donovan and Quentin; her siblings, Fawni, Sheila, Sherry, Susan and Peachy; her husband Loyd Flannigan; her son Danny; her grandchildren, Amanda and Clinton; and her siblings, Bruce, Frank, Rochelle and Lianda. She was also cherished by numerous nieces and nephews.
