It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Vernice M. Kowalke of Buffalo, Minnesota, who passed away on May 20, 2024, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Bill; her parents, George Ordorff and Florence Ordorff (Mosher); her sisters, Beverly Kowalke (Ordorff) and Lucille Weldele (Ordorff); her parents-in-law, Henry Kowalke and Mayta Kowalke (Schmidt); her brothers-in-law, Jerome Weldele and Gary Klauson; her nephew John Weldele; and her nephew-in-law Randy DesMarais.
She is survived by: her nieces, Brenda DesMarais and Geri Kowalke; her nephew Brent; her sister Marlys Schermer (James); and her siblings-in-law, James Kowalke (Darlene), Karen Klauson and Kim Kowalke (Liz). She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews, grand and great grand nieces and nephews; and many other relatives and friends.
