He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Paumen and Muriel Paumen (Pribyl); his parents-in-law, Earl and Lucille Micka; his siblings, Lenore, Russell, Robert and Douglas; and his siblings-in-law, Martha, Lavonne, Wanda, Norbert Schauffler (Birdie) and George Van Offeren.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Micka of Patrick's Catholic Church; his children, Paul Paumen of Delano and Paula Herda (Paul) of Buffalo; his grandchildren, Mitchell Valli (Kate Polman) and Victoria Herda (Logan Vajda); his siblings, Marcella Schauffler, Mary Van Offeren, Jean Neutz (Gary), Gerald (Joyce), Maurice (Karen), Richard (Judy), John (Nancy), David (Marlene) and Greg (Diane); and his brother-in-law Douglas. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
A Mass of Christian burial was held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church - Buffalo (300 1st Ave NW, Buffalo, MN 55313). A burial was held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the St. Charles Cemetery - Rural Maple.
