He was predeceased by: his parents, Forrest Clifford Mills and Loretta Agnes Burns; his brother Donald Mills; and his son Roger Mills. He is survived by: his wife Rosemary Werner; his children, Timothy Mills (Cindy), Marie Staffanson (Randy) and Susan Morse (Brad); and his sisters, Myrtle Hilleren and Leona Ostenso. He is also survived by five grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
