He was predeceased by: his parents, William R. Solberg and Esther S. Solberg (Ordorff); his wife Linda; his siblings, Waldo Solberg and Eilene Solberg; and his brother-in-law Don Johnson.
He is survived by: his son Corey Solberg of Willmar, MN; and his brothers, Ted Solberg (Jean) of Buffalo, MN and Leon Solberg of Pompano Beach, FL. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews; other relatives and friends.
