He is survived by: his mother Judy Betker (Johnson); his wife Laura Kohn; his sons, Sullivan and Rowan; his siblings, Bethany Sawchyn (Betker) and Adam Betker (Kristi); his aunt Sharon Olson (Steve); his cousins, Kelsey Holmberg (Samuel) and Philip Olson (Jayla); his aunts and uncles, Robin and Susan Kohn; his sisters, Kristine Johnson (Trent) and April Zea (Dilque); his grandmother Anita Rigge; and his nieces and nephews, Nick, Grace, Noah, Glory, Lacey, Maggie, Mariana, Lindsey, Liam, Alex, Mateo, Penelope, Miles, Abby, Henry, Ellie and Hallie.
In lieu of flowers or gifts, donations will be used to support the Betker family, RYHA "Expand the RAC" Rink Drive, and the hockey community.
