She is survived by: her husband Pat Gleason; her children, Jennifer Packard, Joey Walters (Elle), Jay Gleason and Amanda Gleason; her grandchildren, Jamie Smulders (Abby), Chance Martin, Chase Martin, Alexis Gleason and Silas Hinton; her great grandchildren, Peyton and Blake Smulders; and her siblings, Mary, Peggy, Chuck, Rocky and Joe Packard. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
