He is survived by: his wife Arlene Sladek (Puls); and his children, Donald "Rick" Sladek (Chavonne), Daniel Sladek (Judy), Scott Sladek (Connie), Julie Clarke and David Calof (Shelly). He is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren, siblings, other relatives, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, March 7th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Michael Catholic Church (16400 Duluth Ave SE, Prior Lake, MN 55372). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, March 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
