He was predeceased by: his mother Evelyn Johnson (Berglund); and his brother Vance Johnson. He is survived by: his wife Sharon Hill; his sons, Andrew Johnson (Andrea Armagost) and Travis Johnson (Theresa Dunnavant); his granddaughters, Evelina and Louise "Lulu" Johnson; and his brother Richard Johnson of Seattle, WA. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
