She was predeceased by : her husbands, Albert Curtis and Archie Curtis; her grandchildren, Jacob and Rachel; her brother Don Black; and her son-in-law Darrell Spike.

She is survived by : her children, Michael Curtis of Princeton, Laurel Ahsenmacher of Becker, Patty Spike of Buffalo, Diane Smith (Ron) of South Haven and Paul Curtis of Maple Lake; her grandchildren, Jesse, Travis, Lisa, Andy, Jenny, Destiny, Lacey, Derek, Cory and Jamie; and her brother Terry Black (Michelle) of Plymouth. She is also survived by other family members and friends.

“Bev I got to know you threw your daughter Pat. We became good friends and We got to spend time together. We did lot of talking and We sure did lot of laughing together. I can't tell you how much I loved hearing stories of you growing up. I sure could of listen to you all day long. We talked about everything from outhouses to women bloomers. In the Hosp. You asked me to do this for you & I will keep my word to you. I love you Peggy”
