He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Mannen and Virginia Mannen; his sister Hilda Marie Smith (Mannen); his half-brothers, George Thomas Mannen (Merilee) and Robert Paul Mannen; and also Michael Scott Mannen.

He is survived by: his brothers, Dan Mannen (Laurel) and John Mannen (Erika); his children, LaNae Christenson (Robert), Linda Gregor (Jay), Lissa Decker (Shaun) and Matt Mannen (Rachael); and his grandchildren, Sean, Molly, Joseph, Benjamin, Alexa, Lucas and Carson.
