He was predeceased by: his parents, Otto Puchalski and Fern Puchalski (Gepner); his wife Elizabeth Puchalski; his daughter Roberta Hirschel; his grandson Christopher Karl; his great grandchild Ethan Bah; his siblings, Beverly Hoffman, Raymond Puchalski and Edward Puchalski; his parents-in-law, Alfred and Bertha Mihm; and his sons-in-law, Dwayne Kadelbach, Bruce Karl and Lance Bengtson.
He is survived by: his children, Jeanne Kadelbach of Buffalo Lake, MN, Mary Karl of Hutchinson, MN, Lawrence Puchalski of Buffalo Lake, MN, Michael Puchalski (Laura) of Bird Island, MN, Katherine Bengtson of Spicer, MN, Theresa Nelson (Francis) of Hector, MN, Timothy Puchalski (Deanna) of Hutchinson, MN, Dana Hillesheim (Bob) of Buffalo Lake, MN and Corey Puchalski (Susan) of Richfield, MN; and his siblings, Patricia Baker (Norman) of Willmar, MN, Mary Ellen Hoefer of Benson, MN, Ruth Ann Cleary of Benson, MN, Joyce Verch (Jack) of Pennock, MN, Shirley Razink (Tom) of Clontarf, MN, Helen Lee (Dick) of Benson, MN and Otto "Butch" Puchalski of Benson, MN. He is also survived by 27 Grandchildren; 28 Great-Grandchildren; 2 Great-Great-Grandchildren.
