He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Fyten and Julia Fyten (Cooper); his wife Sharron Fyten (Pahl); and his brothers, Jerry, Ron, Wally and Philip.
He is survived by: his sons, Rick (Heidi), Mike (Nineth) and Jeff (Lisa); his grandchildren, Erica, Nick, Michlyn, Brooke, Cindy, Jeffrey, Britney, Jon and Oliva; his siblings, Paul (Marilyn) of Fridley, Elizabeth Krahl of St. Louis, Monica Dawson of Savage, Steve (Michele) of Ramsey and Mark (Stephanie) of Pierz; and his sisters-in-law, Judy Fyten of Pierz and Betty Fyten of Pierz.
