He was predeceased by: his parents, Reinhold Winscher and Loretta Winscher (Swedziak); his wife Karen Winscher of Michael's Catholic Church; his brother Rick Winscher; his parents-in-law, Leonard and Genevieve Kloss; and his brother-in-law Ron Kloss.
He is survived by: his children, Keith Winscher of Buckman, MN, Jeff Winscher of Buckman, MN, Curt Winscher (Peggy) of Pierz, MN and Robin Winscher (Todd Pohlkamp) of Buckman, MN; his siblings, Rodney Winscher (Arlene) of Buckman, Mike Winscher (Kay) of Buckman, Muriel Jeanotte of Anoka and Melanie Winscher of Anoka; and his sister-in-law Sharon Winscher of Little Falls. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
