With heavy hearts, we announce the death of William Howes of Brownsville, Minnesota, born in Waukon, Iowa, who passed away on September 10, 2022 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Howes and Cecelia Howes (Teeling); his siblings, Ed and Mary Flottmeyer; his parents-in-law, Joe and Luella Bakewell; and his brothers-in-law, Bob, Ron and Larry Bakewell.

He is survived by: his wife Jeanette Bakewell (Jan); his children, Sheila, David (Anita), Colleen (Dan) and Dan; his grandchildren, Rebekah, Ben (Jaycee), Nathaniel, Morgan, Olivia and Joseph; his great grandchild Vivee; and his siblings, Rose Marie (Charles Link) and Tom. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
