He was predeceased by: his parents, Leopold Kilger and Caroline Kilger (Stemplinger) of Eisenhammer-Laaber, Germany; his brothers, Leo Kilger of La Crosse and George Kilger of Germany; and his half-brother Johann Stemplinger of Eisenhammer-Laaber, Germany..
He is survived by: his sons, Albert J. Kilger of Janesville, WI and Andrew J. Kilger of Madison, WI; his former wife Joan Kilger of La Crescent; his half-brother Herman Stemplinger of Eisenhammer-Laaber, Germany.; and his daughter-in-law Joan Wiersma.
