She is survived by: her sons, Don Blake (Mary), Gary Blake (Rochelle) and Tim Blake (Brenda); her grandchildren, Stacia Johnson (Brian), Ryan Blake (Gaylene), Matt Blake (Megan), Tony Blake and Jordan Judd; her stepgrandchildren, Amanda Bjorklund (Aaron), Josh Diaz (Sarah), Katy Donahue and Jill Rusten; her siblings, Janice Fortney and Jim Taylor (Connie); her sister-in-law Betty Johnson; her granddaughter Carrie Blake; her great grandchild Christopher Blake; and her nieces and nephews, Vicki Blake, Kathy Blake, Cheri Wehrenberg, Ronnie Hanson and Mark Blake. She is also survived by 11 great grandchildren and three step-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
