Ortley Sr.; his grandparents, Silas, Rosalie Ortley Sr., LaRue and Vastana James; and his aunt Sheila James.
He is survived by: his mother Donna James; his partner Shalaine Brown; his siblings, Matthew Pumpkinseed, Randall Pumpkinseed, Kenneth Ortley Jr., Joshua Ortley, Jolene Pumpkinseed, Corrine Pumpkinseed and Lindsay Ortley; his grandmother Katie McKay; and his nieces and nephews, Angel, Cassidy, Tehinda, Mahpiya, Jaelyn, Janessa, Marcus, Chase, Avante, Shane, Colter and Wiley.
