He was predeceased by: his parents, James Dvorak and Caroline Dvorak (Hanson). He is survived by: his sister Judy Germann; his nephews, Todd Germann (Terry Rimer) and Chris Germann (Lisa); his great-nephew Hakon Germann; and his great-niece Maren Germann. He is also survived by many cousins, friends, and wonderful neighbors.
