He was predeceased by: his parents, Blasie Jagush and Mary Jagush (Benick); and his brothers, George and Anthony Jagush. He is survived by: his wife Janice Herbeck; his children, Jeff Jagush and Jolene Ervin (Dan); his sister Joann Lewis; and his sister-in-law Geraldine Jagush. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren.
