He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Kelley and Lillian Kelley (Semaler); his former wife Dawn Turner; and his siblings, Nathan, Junior, Edward, Jackie and Lillian.
He is survived by: his children, Jeff Kelley, MaryAnn Kelly, Tina Mueller, Todd Turner, Shanna Hinnenkamp, Robert Brown and Renee Rudawski; his granddaughter Lily Tester; and his siblings, Maxine, Bonnie, Cherity and Verna.
