He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Joseph Polak and Clara Polak (Farwick) of Browerville; his wife Bernice Notch; his children, Dennis Polak (Diane), Kathy Koesters (Paul), Gary Polak, John Polak, Annette Bleninger (Scott) and Karen Pogreba (Dave); his sister Dorothy Becker (Fred); and his grandson Andrew "Drew" Polak. He was also cherished by fifteen grandchildren; twenty great-grandchildren; and numerous sister and brother in laws, nieces, nephews and friends.
