He is survived by: his wife Sharon VanderBeek (Hofmann); his children, Chris VanderBeek of Rosemount, Sharlene Ramm (Kurt), Nathan VanderBeek (Christina) of Brooten, Matthew VanderBeek of Brooten, Sarah Kluge (DelShane) of Hankinson, ND and Sam VanderBeek (Connie) of Show Low, AZ; his grandchildren, Hannah, Caleb, Lizzy, Lane, Ainsley, Walker, Harvey, Hudson, Ellie, Watson, Sawyer, Edison and Weston; his siblings-in-law, Jim Hofmann (Mary) of Glenwood, John Hofmann of Iowa and Donna Netland of Alexandria; and his close friend Calvin Brower of Brooten. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
