Shirlie was predeceased by: husband Anthony A. Bokusky, Jr.; parents, Andrew Anselment and Georgia Anselment; siblings, Marilyn, Wayne, Terrence and Glenn; and son-in-law William Norman.

Shirlie is survived by: children, Jodi Norman, Jeff Bokusky (Rose), Jami Haupt (Jay) and Josh Bokusky; brother Dale Anselment; grandchildren, Blake Norman (Emily), Brock Norman (Megan), Rochelle Murray (John), Rock Bokusky (Jes) and Antoni Haupt; and great grandchildren, Vaughn, Stella, Mara, James and Link.

In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to St. Jude's Childrens Research Hospital or U of M Children's Cancer Research.
