He was predeceased by: his wife Judith Ann Levens; his parents, Everett Levens and Marvel Levens; and his brother Everett "Robert" Levens. He is survived by: his sons, John (Debra), James and Jeffrey (Saby); his grandchildren, Nick, Ashley (Brian), Alex, Rachel, Jamie, Erica, Jacob and Isabel; his great grandchild Isaac; and his siblings, Gary (Jo), Linda (Fred) and Ronna (Warren).
