She was predeceased by: her mother Shirley Hubbard; and her sister Pamela Magnuson. She is survived by: her husband James Cook; and her siblings, Kathleen Snyder, Susan Hubbard, Richard (Lotus) and Thomas Hubbard (JoAnn). She is also survived by nieces, great nieces, great nephews, relatives and friends.
