We are sad to announce that on October 27, 2024, at the age of 98, Clifford Elmer Sawyer (Brooklyn Park, Minnesota) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the sacred silence of farewell, Clifford Elmer is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that his light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of his loved ones. And as his memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Clifford Elmer's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Sawyer and Blanche Sawyer (Levitt); his former wife Phyllis; his wife Doris Klingenberg; and his brothers, Marshall and Arba.
He is survived by: his sons, Charles Sawyer (Kathy) of Grand Marais, MN and David Sawyer (Pamela) of Champlin, MN. He is also survived by six grandchildren, 4 (almost 5) great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, December 6th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Edinbrook Church (4300 Edinbrook Pkwy, Brooklyn Park, MN 55443).
