He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis and Margaret Ann; and his siblings, Dennis and Maureen. He is survived by: his wife Jackie; his children, Matt (Julie) and Jessi; his grandsons, Chase and Cole; and his sisters, Kathy and Ann.

Terry actively assisted veterans through the Disabled American Veterans charity until the end.
