He was predeceased by: his father Carl Burkhardt. He is survived by: his mother Karen Pelak; his sister Pamela DeMars; his daughters, Katie Troumbly and Kelsie Burkhardt; and his grandchildren, Mia, Emerald, Jackson, Ellie Mae and Brooklyn. He is also survived by many relatives and good friends.
