He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernie Sr. and Inell Isabel Campbell; and his siblings, Larry Isabel, Lamar Isabel, Bernie, Jr. and Doris Jackson.

He is survived by: his wife Patty (Gellerman); the fathers of children, Tigre (Keo) and Graham; his grandchildren, Nathan, Natalie and Nicholas; and his brother Elton (Debbie).
