It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Phyllis Marilyn (Berg) Cichoski (Brooklyn Center, Minnesota), born in Minneapolis, Minnesota, who passed away on October 16, 2021, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Otto Berg and Agnes Berg (Eidem); her husband Alphonse Cichoski; her brother Otto "Buzz"; and her daughter Carol Anne Mathias.

She is survived by: her son Michael; her granddaughters, Rita, Carol, Nancy, Theresa and Phyllis; her daughters, Rita Bueltel (Steve), Nancy Ganzel (Dwayne) and Theresa Bergeron (Jim); her son-in-law Bill Mathias; her grandchildren, Karyn, Bryan Cichoski, Christopher, Dustin Mathias, Tricia Holstein (Josh), Hannah, Natalie Ganzel and Joseph Bergeron; and her great grandchildren, Stephen Goetz and Isabel Holstein. She is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, donations to St. Jude Children's Hospital or a charity of your choice is preferred.
