Philip R. Barker Obituary

He was predeceased by: his parents, Hubert and Ardelle; and his sister Jackie Bartko. He is survived by: his wife Rita; his daughters, Robin Thorsen (Todd), Holly Paul (Marc) and Megan Shea (Josh); his grandchildren, Skyler, Cole Thorsen, Dalton, Ashland Paul, Kara and Hadey Shea; and his sister Dianne Holborn. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family and many good friends.
